As our dealership continues to grow in the Brainerd Lakes Area, we’re looking for an energetic, positive, people-person to join our sales team.

No automotive sales experience? That’s okay! If you’ve been successful in sales, hospitality, retail, or another customer-focused career—and you’re driven to succeed—we’ll teach you everything you need to know about the automotive business.

What You’ll Earn

• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Weekly & monthly bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a smile and create an outstanding buying experience
• Learn about each customer’s needs and help them find the right vehicle
• Demonstrate and test drive exciting new and pre-owned vehicles
• Explain features, technology, financing, warranties, and protection options
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
• Build relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
• Keep organized using our CRM
• Stay current on inventory, incentives, and new products
• Have fun while helping people make one of their biggest purchases

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Someone who enjoys talking with people and building relationships
• Sales experience is a plus—but personality, ambition, and coach ability matter even more
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Pay: $81,275.00 – $102,787.00 per year
